At Eirvana – The Soul Harbour, we offer online psychological counseling and emotional wellness support. We work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, overthinking, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, loneliness, life transitions, and personal growth. Our approach draws on CBT, ACT, REBT, and inner child healing. We also run mental health awareness workshops and provide psychoeducational resources.
What happens during a counseling session?
